Carri finds joy in supporting students’ well-being through mindful awareness and movement. Her personal practice supports balance within her full-time career, family, self-care, and personal growth, and she is enthusiastic about sharing those benefits with others. Her Yoga and mindfulness classes center self- and social awareness, personal and social justice, trauma-sensitivity, and compassion within a context of Yogic and Buddhist philosophy that strives to honor the South Asian cultures and communities that protected and sustained these ancient practices for thousands of years.
